These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Unicargo Logistics website and any logistics services you request through us. By using our website or submitting a shipment request, you agree to these Terms.

Service availability and descriptions may change at any time.

2. User Accounts

No user account is required to access or request services from our website.

3. Payments

Payments are not processed through the website.

All invoicing, billing, and payment arrangements occur offline or through direct communication with Unicargo Logistics.

Refunds or billing adjustments are handled according to the terms of each shipment or service agreement.

4. Service Limitations & Liability

4.1 Delivery Times

Delivery times are not guaranteed.

However, predetermined monetary compensation may be provided in the event of a service failure when agreed to in advance.

4.2 Cargo Damage Liability

Standard cargo liability is $100,000 USD, unless a higher declared value is agreed to in writing before shipment.

4.3 Cargo Loss from Fraud/Theft

Liability for cargo loss due to fraud or theft involving a third-party carrier’s MC authority is limited to $50,000 USD.

4.4 Third-Party Carrier Disclaimer

Unicargo may broker freight to independent carriers. We are not responsible for:

Conduct or performance of third-party carriers
Delays, accidents, or losses outside contracted liability limits

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, text, images, and materials on the Unicargo Logistics website are the property of Unicargo Logistics and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate website access or service engagement for:

Fraud
Abuse of contact forms or communication systems
Providing false shipment information
Violating these Terms

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes may be resolved through:

Mediation
Arbitration
Small claims or civil court
The method used will depend on the circumstances of the dispute as determined by Unicargo.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

Misuse or spam web forms
Submit false or misleading shipment data
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Copy, scrape, or harvest website content or data
Upload harmful or disruptive code

10. Agreement to Receive Text Messages

Unicargo Logistics does not send mass marketing texts or use automated messaging campaigns.

By providing your mobile number, you agree that Unicargo Logistics may send periodic SMS or MMS messages solely for the purpose of direct communication related to services:

For vendors: communication regarding services you provide to Unicargo
For customers: communication related to services we are providing or may provide to you

Opt-Out
